• This Privacy Policy covers Shaka’s treatment of personally identifiable information that Shaka collects when you are on the Shaka site, and when you use Shaka’s services. This policy also covers Shaka's treatment of any personally identifiable information that Shaka's business partners share with Shaka.

• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Shaka does not own or control, or to people that Shaka does not employ or manage.
